The Waterman, Ambit / Fathom Architects

The Waterman is a newly finished office building, located in Clerkenwell.

Designed by Fathom Architects and constructed by Ambit for developer BGO, it's a large scale retrofit project, bringing together four warehouse spaces into one coherent building. It also integrates materials in re-use and recycle into the new spaces.
