Grandma’s House

Exploring the connection between Architecture and the people who use it, this video concentrates on my Grandma, 82 years old, in the house she's spent the last 19 years in. Educated in the old school building over the road that hers is modelled after, and buying the house with her husband, she now lives here alone. She discusses what the building means to her, the importance of belonging, family, and a home. The film documents life unfolding on a warm Spring afternoon as she prepares to host a family meal.
