5 Elstree Way Introduction, Bloom Construction Group

Originally built in the 1930s, the site consists of 6 buildings across 27,000 sq ft. Bloom Construction Group were appointed last year with the works now well underway. A beautifully considered design of new high end office studios has been completed by dMFK, working with Symmetrys Structural and Civil Engineers and XCO2.

The demolition phase is currently concluding, and a full overhaul of the buildings is planned. The coming months will see new roofing, external modifications to the perimeter walls, new external glazing, new MEPH services and internal fit outs come to fruition.
